Concrete Polish and Polyaspartic Coating
Economy Lumber is opening a garden center spring 2019. They cured and sealed this retail floor before they knew exactly what they wanted as a finish. They ended up deciding on just polished concrete. That may sound simple enough, but it’s difficult to polish a sealed floor. We pulled up the cure and seal, used a concrete densifier to harden the surface, then polished the floor. They also wanted a coated entrance and bathrooms. We used an 1/8th inch vinyl chip polyaspartic floor coating, and left the top layer a little thin to keep the traction. Overall it turned out great!
